CRACK CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS
6 slices cooked bacon
2 pounds boneless chicken white meat (frozen or thawed)
1 packet ranch seasoning
8 oz cream cheese
chopped eco-friendly onions
1 cup water
Put chicken and 1 cup water within the Instant Pot.
Placed on the lid and push MANUAL or PRESSURE Prepare for twenty five minutes if frozen and 20 if thawed. Perform a quick release once the timer is performed.
Remove chicken and shred. Dump the extra water.
Keep the Instant Pot on warm. Add chicken in. Add ranch packet, cream cheese, eco-friendly onions and bacon. Stir until things are well combined. Serve over lettuce for Crack Chicken Lettuce Wraps.
You can include Cheddar Cheese on the top if preferred. 🙂
PHILLY CHEESE STEAK STUFFED PEPPERS:
3 Red peppers
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup yellow onion, sliced
12 slices provolone cheese
1 lb shaved beef, stir fry meat, or thinly sliced steak
1/2 teaspoon ocean salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 teaspoon garlic clove or 2 large garlic clove cloves
1 Tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, optional
Prep the components by slicing the onions and mushrooms. Cut the tops from the peppers and take away the seeds and white-colored membrane.
Push Saute around the Instant Pot. Add essential olive oil, the onion, mushrooms, pepper and salt towards the pan and prepare through, 8 minutes. Take away the vegetables aside.
Increase the essential olive oil towards the pan, as needed, plus a sprinkle of pepper and salt, and saute the shaved beef for six minutes until browned around the outdoors. It’s ok when the inside is not cooked through because the meat will finish cooking during baking.
Stir within the minced garlic clove and prepare another minute. Add some onion/mushroom mixture to the pan.
Place the pepper halves towards the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Place a slice of provolone cheese towards the bottom of every pepper pepper.
Fill the pepper using the cooked vegetable/meat mixture and sprinkle after some more pepper and salt.
Convey a slice of cheese on top of each pepper.
Add 1 cup water and put the peppers to the trivet, steamer basket or perhaps a springform pan.
Close the lid, secure place, and switch the knob to sealing. Hit the manual or pressure prepare button and hang for 5-10 minutes. Allow a a few minutes natural release when prepare time expires.
While using handles from the trivet or steamer basket, carefully take away the peppers in the pot.
Garnish with parsley (optional)

INSTANT POT BUTTER CHICKEN
2 cups Onion, diced
5 cloves Garlic clove, minced
4 tablespoons Butter
2 pounds Chicken thighs or chicken breasts reduce bite-size pieces
15 ounces Tomato sauce, no added sugar
3 tablespoons Tomato paste
two tablespoons Red curry paste
2 teaspoons Garam masala
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground ginger root
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Smoked paprika
1/2 cup Heavy cream
Set your Instant Pot to SAUTE and add butter, onion and garlic clove. Saute for roughly a few minutes before the onions are tender. Press Off and away to cancel the saute.
Add some chicken, tomato sauce, tomato paste, red curry paste, garam masala, ground ginger root, salt, and smoked paprika towards the Instant Pot. Lock the lid in position and switch pressure valve to close it. Set to Ruthless for 7 minutes.
Once the timer beeps perform a natural release for 5-10 minutes after which turn the valve on the top to VENTING to allow the rest of the steam from the pressure oven.
Take away the lid and taking advantage of a slotted spoon take away the chicken in the sauce and hang aside.
Add some heavy cream towards the pot and, utilizing an immersion blender puree the sauce until smooth.
Set the moment Pot to SAUTE and stir the sauce while simmering for 7-ten minutes, or until it thickens. Switch Off saute.
Add some chicken to the sauce, stir together, and serve having a garnish of cilantro.
