– 1+1/2 tablespoon dietary yeast

– 1 tablespoon tahini

– The juice of just oneOrtwo lemon

– 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

– Salt to taste

Tofu scrambled:

– 1 bloc of firm tofu (14 oz)

– 1 cup chopped mushrooms

– 1/2 onion, chopped

Salad: Any vegetables and veggies of your liking. Salad dressing: 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, one to two tablespoons essential olive oil

Asparagus salad:

– 4 Large lettuce leaves

– 1 cup cooked quinoa

– 1 cup chickpeas

– Asparagus

– 1/2 avocado

– two tablespoons sunflower seeds

Salad dressing: 1+1/2 tablespoon tahini, juice of just oneOrtwo lemon, two tablespoons coconut aminos, 1 teaspoon curry powder, salt to taste
