1 block extra firm tofu, pressed and sliced

2 tablespoons of sriracha

2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil

2 tablespoons of liquid from pickled ginger root

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup grain vinegar

1 garlic clove clove, minced

5 sheets of sushi nori, decline in half lengthwise to create 10 sheets

2 cups chopped cauliflower

1 large carrot, julienned

1 cucumber, julienned

1 avocado, sliced
