🍵 matcha latte:

🎃 pumpkin spice chia seed pudding:

2 c plant milk (I personally use unsweetened oat milk or whatever)

1/4 c butternut squash or pumpkin purée

1 tablespoons of pumpkin cake spice

6-8 pitted dates

3/4 c chia seeds

Blend the milk, purée, spice, and dates until smooth. Then inside a separate vessel (like anything you want to keep it in), add some chia and employ a whisk to combine.

Refrigerate overnight, or at best 6 hrs.
