Chia seed pudding: (to create a pumpkin spice version, do 1/3 cup pumpkin or butternut puree and a pair of teaspoon pumpkin cake spice rather of spirulina and cinnamon).

Silicone popcorn popper:

Crispy Air Fryer Cauliflower “chips”

1/2 mind cauliflower, reduce florets (may use leaves and stalks too!)

1-2 teaspoon coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic clove powder

Toss cauliflower with oil, then using the spices.

Air fry at 375° for 25-half an hour checking and stirring every ten minutes. Check every a few minutes after cooking 20 min. This can be done within the oven at 375° too. Ideally convection microwave, but when not you may still make. May possibly not be as crispy though.
