What I Eat in a Day Vlog (High Protein 💪🏼)

Within this week’s things i eat per day vlog I am discussing our prime protein meals I eat to remain strong, lean, balance hormones, and combat sugar cravings. Inside a full day’s eating, I attempt to obtain around .75-1g protein per lb of bodyweight or around 20-40g per meal. Getting enough quality proteins are essential for your system since it helps regulate bloodstream sugar and supports lean muscle mass and eventually any adverse health bodyweight. Boosting your quality protein is an excellent tool to lose weight, durability, strength, and all around health.

Hamburger & Veggie Skillet Recipe:

1 lb grass given hamburger

1 12 oz bag of frozen cauliflower grain

2 cups mixed vegetables, fresh or frozen

1/4 cup marinara sauce

2 tablespoons of dietary yeast

1 tablespoons of paprika

1/2 tablespoons of chili powder (more if you want it spicy)

1 teaspoon garlic clove powder



4 cups fresh green spinach

Prepare the meat inside a skillet over medium heat, breaking up because it cooks until fully browned. Add some cauliflower, peas and carrots, marinara, and all sorts of spices. Toss to mix and evenly distribute the spices. Prepare for five-6 minutes until vegetables are warmed through. Stir within the green spinach and prepare another 2-3 minutes or until just wilted. Serve and revel in! Makes 3-4 servings.
